The later classic-period imperforate issues of Colombia are some of the most under-researched and complicated issues in Latin America. The general catalogues give scant information with most listing the basic types only for many of the values. The order of issues and dates of issues are often wrong. Information on reprints and forgeries is either non-existent our confusing and, sometimes, misleading.
